3) Area ‘A’ was treated for five minutes with the red placebo control lamp.
4) Area ‘B’ was simultaneously treated with the second red lamp containing 6 rubies of a size of 6 x 8 millimetres. The frequency
used to stimulate the rubies was 8.3 HZ.
5) After five minutes of treatment the readings were taken again as follows:
Site ‘A’ = 83,000,000 ohms
Site ‘B’ = 27,000,000 ohms.
The results showed that the site treated by the colour therapy placebo red lamp had increased by 31,000,000 ohms and the site
treated by ruby had decreased by 20,000,000 ohms.
I was surprised to discover and prove that the placebo lamp actually increased the electrical resistance of the dermis by drying
it out. Whereas the gem therapy lamp containing rubies decreased the skin resistance by stimulating circulation, bringing blood and body fluids
closer to the surface of the skin.
Twenty minutes later, the same experiment was carried out on my right arm using a green placebo lamp and a second green lamp
filled with 6 emeralds as above.
Skin resistance before treatment was:
Site ‘A’ = 23,000,000 ohms.
Site ‘B’ = 28,000,000 ohms.
Skin resistance after treatment was:
Site ‘A’ = 24,000,000 ohms.
Site ‘B’ = 57,000,000 ohms.
The result showed that the site treated by the colour therapy placebo green lamp had increased by only 1,000,000 ohms and the
site treated with the emerald lamp had increased by 29,000,000 ohms.
This experiment demonstrated that the placebo green colour therapy lamp did not dry out the skin as much as the red placebo
colour therapy lamp above. It demonstrated and proved that the green lamp containing emeralds decreased the local circulation and moisture
content of the dermis.
These two simple and inexpensive experiments scientifically proved the effectiveness of electronic gem therapy lamps. What
emerald and ruby lamps can do to the skin, they can also do to internal organs. Green emerald lamps will reduce overheated and swollen tissue or
organs and red ruby lamps can increase the activity of cold contracted tissue and organs.
They also proved that ordinary colour therapy lamps, when compared to electronic gem therapy lamps, have an opposite effect and
can have an adverse reaction for some conditions. This is in fact the case. Some time after this I was asked by a hospital skin specialist to
conduct a series of placebo trails in his hospital’s skin ward. The specialist wanted to use ordinary colour therapy lamps as the placebo. Before
agreeing, I made a pilot trial in my own clinic based on the specialist's requirements. When patients’ skin problems were treated with ordinary
colour therapy lamps, these aggravated the condition. I eventually declined to do the trial, as I was not prepared to treat volunteers with a
placebo therapy which would make their symptoms worse.
